I was so pleased for the fast shipping and great price, but you ultimately get what you pay for. My large case was broken on only the second flight - one week after purchase (short domestic Australian flight). They are not covered by any airline claim or warranty because it's 'general wear and tear'. A bumper was broken in half and the plastic material that covers the zip stitching is ripped and hanging off.

I was sceptical of the quality at first because of the price so I just brought the small carry on I took it for a trial run on a bus trip .
It was thrown around in the luggage area and was fine it was smooth to wheel over the city streets to my hotel easy to move around and the handle didn't fall or twist like others .
I was impressed so I purchased the 3 peice set for my trip to Hong Kong can't wait to wheel them through the airport and they will be easy for my son to push without my help .

Love the emerald colour! Lightweight, seems durable and like the inside simple layout. Wheels rolling nice and handle seems steady. Also, really like the smaller dimensions on all 3 suitcases and very handy that they all fit within each other for storage. Can't wait to use them!
