Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every Fly First product.
Every Fly First suitcase is tested to international ISO 12091 and ASTM D4169 standards by independent laboratories to ensure world-class durability and performance.
If your product has a fault or does not meet our quality standards, we'll work with you to repair, replace, or refund your item where appropriate.
Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy.
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused.
- In original condition, and
- Returned with all original packaging tags, and accessories.
To arrange a return, please contact hello@flyfirst.com.au and our team will assist you with next steps.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
3-Year Warranty
All Fly First luggage is covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that occur under normal use. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear,
- Cosmetic damage,

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, airline handling or improper care.
If you believe your item has a fault covered under warranty, please contact hello@flyfirst.com.au with: - Your order number or proof of purchase, and
- Photos and a brief description of the issue.
